Doing Business at the Bottom of the Pyramind - Net Impact event

Posted by Justine Whittern on May 11, 2012 at 7:12pm 0 Comments

RSM's Net Impact Club is hosting a 'Doing Business at the Bottom of the Pyramid' event on Monday, May 21 from 17.00 to 18.30, and inviting RSM alumni who are using their MBA's to fuel business growth and job creation at the bottom of the pyramid (i.e. the 2.5 billion people who live on less than $2.50 a day).

(We presume the event will take place in J-building, home of the MBAs, but the information came too late for us to check - sorry! Justine)

In addition to sharing information about their organizations and careers, they will also discuss how you can get involved either as an intern or a volunteer.

Interested? Please RSVP as soon as possible to akimura@mba13.rsm.nl and forward this on to anyone you may think will be interested in this topic - it is open to everyone!

Green Minutes: Alexander Maas

Posted by Gabi Helfert on May 3, 2012 at 11:16am 0 Comments

In November 2011, we started with our Green Minutes video interview series, and it's been a while since we posted the last interview. A little while ago, we talked to Professor Alexander Maas at RSM's Department for Organisation and Personnel Management. Professor Maas has found an elegant way to incorporate sustainability content in his BSc IBA class on change management and engage his students in analysing and problem solving for the plastic recycling situation in the campus restaurants:

If you missed our previous Green Minutes videos on sustainable commuting and sustainable food, you can find them on our YouTube channel.
